Our furnace went the morning that we were supposed to leave for a short vacation. James and his crew were able to come by, diagnose the problem, and set up an installation date when we would be returning from our trip. The night before the scheduled installation, our hot water heater started spewing out water and causing a minor flood. JAMES CAME OVER TO OUR HOUSE AT 7:30 THAT NIGHT TO HELP US WITH THE ISSUE AND MAKE SURE THAT OUR FURNACE WOULD BE SAFE TO RUN BEFORE THE INSTALLATION THE NEXT DAY. Does your HVAC company do that? Well, mine does. These guys are amazing!

He helped with some bathroom remodeling, took care of the plumbing and the heating in the bathroom. While he was here, he discovered another issue with a leak under the crawl space. His workmanship is excellent, he is respectful of the house and a great guy!

Tom did a great job with a very complicated water line extension and water filter installation. Tom was able to plumb my water lines and route them through cabinets for a commercial installation. The route had to take into consideration right turns and front to back routes to clear drawers and a variety of obstacles to specific destinations. When Tom had problems with a leaky fitting, the owner, James was there to the rescue. Kyle was fantastic in the office: responsive and always polite and pleasant. HIRE THESE GUYS!

They came to clean and found out that I had a crack in heat exchanger. My husband had just died and usually didn't have to make decisions on my own. They were fantasy, respectful and immediately got my furnace. James and Thomas were wonderful. Always showed up on time and made me feel very comfortable. I will use them for any other issues that come up. Can t go wrong.

SOS was able to make it out to my house within a few hours. Water was leaking from my A/C unit rapidly and I was not able to keep the water contained. SOS quickly diagnosed the issue, got the parts needed to stop the leaking and have the A/C In proper operation. Great job. Excellent customer service as well. Being without a working furnace on the first few cold days of the winter would have been miserable but thanks to the excellent service from S.O'S. we were saved. Doug & Seamus got the old furnace running long enough to get us through until the new furnace could arrive. James and his crew worked until nearly 10pm installing the new unit and making sure everything was working properly! Most companies would have been out the door at 5pm leaving us freezing until the next day. We are so happy we decided to purchase through S. Friendly service from people you can trust. They were honest and upfront with us. When our furnace repair turned out to be a major problem, they went out and researched the cost of repair versus buying a new furnace (ours was over 50 years old). Not only did they install a new one, but redid all the piping and venting in the basement so it would run more efficiently. The team stayed until 9 PM to get everything working because it was a very cold night. We liked their service so much we got on board with an annual contract.
